Do I qualify for a claim?
If you’ve been affected by someone else’s mistake, you could be eligible to join a group claim.
You don’t need to have lost money to make a claim. Emotional distress, inconvenience or the risk of future harm can also count.
Eligibility varies by claim. If we’re working with a partner law firm, our quick online checker will show whether you meet the criteria for that group action. If there isn’t a partner law firm in place yet, you can register your interest — and we’ll keep you updated if a claim goes ahead.
You could be eligible to join a claim if:

- You paid too much due to unfair pricing or market abuse
- You suffered harm from a faulty product or medical treatment
